They are concerned about your dental care and want to ensure you that treatment is performed in the most responsible manner. In order to assist you with the investment in your oral health, the office has an outlined its payment policies:
- Payment not covered by your insurance is due in full at the time of service unless you have made special arrangements. For your convenience the office accepts cash, checks, money orders, debit and credit card payment (MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, and American Express). The office will bill your dental insurance, however, any balance remaining after the insurance company has paid is your responsibility.
- CareCredit and Lending Club, outside financing options, are offered for those who would prefer an extended payment plan.

Our insurance coordinator deals with many different insurance companies. Some companies offer many different dental benefit plans. These companies can change benefits, co-pays, and deductibles at different times throughout the year. The office does its best to provide you with the most accurate coverage estimates based on the available information. Unfortunately it can be very challenging to accurately estimate a patient’s insurance co-payment. Many insurance companies will not give out fees until after the treatment is completed. Dealing with these companies can be difficult and time consuming.
As a courtesy, the office asks that you keep us informed of any changes to your insurance benefits. It is important that all information about you and your insurance is current. Payment not covered by your insurance is expected at the time of service. Patients are also responsible for any balance after the insurance company has paid.
As a courtesy to our other patients we ask that you provide our office with a 24 hour or more notice if you would like to cancel any of your appointments.
